Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Please read these terms carefully before placing a commission.Commission Process•Inquiry: Contact me then provide a detailed description of your desired artwork, including references.
•Quote & Approval: I will provide you with a quote based on your request. Once approved, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your slot.
•Sketch & Feedback: I will send you a sketch for your feedback. Two revisions are allowed at this stage.
•Coloring & Finalization: After sketch approval, I will complete the coloring and finalization of the artwork. Minor color adjustments are allowed.
•Delivery: Upon completion, you will receive the high-resolution artwork file in your desired format.PaymentPayment is due in full before I begin work on the final artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon.Revisions•Two rounds of revisions are included for the sketch stage. •Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee.
•Major revisions that significantly alter the originally agreed upon concept may require a new quote.Copyright & Usage•I retain the copyright to the artwork, but you are granted non-exclusive rights to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
•For commercial use rights, please contact me for a separate agreement.
•You may not claim ownership of the artwork or use it in a way that suggests you created it.
•You are free to credit me when sharing the artwork online or in print.Cancellation Policy•You may cancel your commission before I begin work on the final artwork for a full refund of the paid amount.
•Once work on the final artwork begins, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after this point, you may be charged a cancellation fee based on the progress of the artwork.Prohibited usesThe artwork commissioned should not be used for the training or development of artificial intelligence.Disclaimer•I have the right to decline commissions that do not align with my style or comfort level.
